Trish has completed beginner, intermediate and advanced Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher trainings with Baron Baptiste and  most recently completed a Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Seane Corn. She started teaching yoga to adults in 2003 and adapted her practice to suit children adolescents and teens in 2004. She currently works as a Physical Therapist  at Children’s Specialized Hospital in Tom’s River, NJ where she founded the children's yoga program. Trish has lectured across the country on using yoga in the treatment and education of children with Autism. She is also privileged to serve as a teaching assistant to one of her most beloved guru's Dr. Mary Massery, who she credits with teaching her the mechanics of pranayama. Her classes are infused with joy, a love of music and a deep respect for the power of the breath.
