PHYLLIS CADMUS
Phyllis is a graduate of Kula-Kamala's first Teacher Training program.  She is a retired Special Education Teacher and has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years.  While she was working, she learned how yoga enabled her to keep balanced and focused in her work and her non-working life.  She believes that yoga practice is the best prescription to healthy and graceful aging.  She looks forward to continuing to learn and continuing to grow through yoga and to sharing the benefits with others.
